I already checked-inn online 4 hours before my arrival but still have to wait about 30 minutes at the reception before getting my key to my room The building is not a complete hotel but some floors are medical clinic so you will notice patients when you enter the hotel. I have to request 3 times to correct my invoice since it was written wrong. Also I noticed in my invoice, a Dinner charge to my room which I did not consumed.

Never go to this hotel! The staff is super unfriendly, the rooms are old, dirty, and smoky, and the breakfast is very poor. Let me elaborate. Upon arrival, nobody bothered to help us with our luggage, and we had quite a bit, but okay. At the reception, a young man was there who, instead of greeting us, rudely asked for our passports. It seemed beyond him to help with the luggage. We entered our room to find it very smoky, with the bathroom and toilet downright dirty. We changed rooms, and it seemed somewhat better. The air conditioner, though, worked poorly and was noisy, but okay. Woke up today, went for breakfast on a sunny Sunday, nothing seemed amiss. We got to breakfast at 10:30 (it runs until 11). At the entrance, a grumpy old lady asked for our room number and immediately told us to hurry up with our food because she would clear everything exactly at 11:00. I understand rules, but telling guests to quickly eat and leave on a Sunday feels odd for a hotel of its supposed caliber. I wanted to order an omelet with tomatoes, but the same lady at the entrance stated that per Sheraton's orders, they no longer prepare omelets or fried eggs for guests at breakfast… No fresh juice, the fruits weren't tasty, overall very meager. Save your nerves and skip this hotel. In the same price range, there's Hyperion in the area, which is new and has decent breakfasts. I was lured in by the pretty pictures and the spa complex, but it wasn't worth it. Thinking of leaving earlier than planned. This is not a 4-star service, at most 3.

Hmm, Tripadvisor only allows to rate 3 points for "Average" and 4 points for "Very Good", I would rate my stay as "Good" - it was perfectly OK, but I'm neither impressed nor overwhelmed. Location of the hotel is a bit away from the city centre, but I'd assume that everybody who choose this hotel is aware of that. Metro station and some shops are in walking distance, that's a plus. Also there are no issues with traffic noise or busy streets, I had a really quiet night. I had a standard room on the 20th floor, which was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It's great to have a balcony, although it was a bit neglected and there are no chairs. Breakfast had all the usual items for a 4 star hotel, so again, it was adequate and satisfying, but nothing to get excited about, just what you'd expect. I didn't use the swimming pool or the gym, but there were extra towels for it provided in the room. The major concern I had was the lack of any access control to the hotel floors and hallways. The building houses other facilities, so the lobby and lifts are used by a variety of clients, and basically everybody can walk in and take the lift and enter the hallways. I wished that the lifts were card controlled so that only hotel guests can go to the respective floors or that at least the doors to the hallways could only be opened by the key card, but in fact they are wide open for everyone.

My best friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. We chose this hotel because the former Musicland Studios used to be located in the basement. Check in was very easy and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our Superior Twin room was large, clean and comfortable and we had a balcony. They provide complimentary water and your room gets serviced every day unless you put the hanger on the door requesting them not to. We were on the 10th floor and had a great view over the city. The pool, sauna and spa are located at the top of the hotel on the 22nd floor. We used the pool on both evenings and found the pool area and changing facilities to be clean and well maintained. Towels are provided in the room but you can get towelling dressing gowns from the hotel reception on request. There's a view of the city from here and we enjoyed lying on the loungers and looking out at Munich by night. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am until 11:00 am and there was a wide variety of options available - including cooked breakfast items such as pancakes, smoked bacon and scrambled eggs. We both have special dietary requirements and we able to find something to eat. While they don't have an allergen menu here, they do have a range of non-dairy milk, non dairy yogurt and gluten free bread is available on request. We made extensive use of the little shop in the hotel lobby, which sold all sorts of useful items including a wide range of cold drinks, a selection of snacks and toiletries. You pay for the items at the self service kiosk and it's card payment only. It's a 24 hour reception and the staff were quick to respond when we needed to call them a couple of times. We wanted to take a taxi from the hotel to the airport this morning (21st Jan) and a member of staff was only too happy to arrange this for us last night. We were very satisfied with our stay and I'd definitely recommend it!

Location is not bad. About 5-7 minutes by walking you can find subway station. Rooms are clean, not small. Breakfast was good. Hotel personal was not helpful. This is very big hotel but inside building you can't find a restaurant. They have bar for drinking but usually they start working after 5:00 pm.
